- In accordance with Article 5/2 (c) of the KVKK Law “the establishment or performance of a contract” your personal data will be processed for the purposes of performing payment and collection transactions, fulfilling the contract, and continuing the process under the remote sales contract you are a party to.
- In accordance with Article 5/2 (ç) of the KVKK Law “the data controller fulfilling a legal obligation” your personal data will be processed for the purpose of complying with legal storage periods, making legal notifications, fulfilling obligations arising from the legislation, and complying with court and public institution requests.
