  • In accordance with Article 5/2 (e) of the KVKK Law “the establishment, exercise or protection of a right” your personal data will be processed for the purposes of being a proof in case of disputes, obtaining legal consultancy, and technical support.
  • In accordance with Article 5/2 (c) of the KVKK Law “the establishment or performance of a contract” your personal data will be processed for the purposes of performing payment and collection transactions, fulfilling the contract, and continuing the process under the remote sales contract you are a party to.
  • In accordance with Article 5/2 (ç) of the KVKK Law “the data controller fulfilling a legal obligation” your personal data will be processed for the purpose of complying with legal storage periods, making legal notifications, fulfilling obligations arising from the legislation, and complying with court and public institution requests.
  • In accordance with Article 5/2 (f) of the KVKK Law “the legitimate interest of the data controller” your personal data will be processed for the purposes of ensuring customer satisfaction, conducting internal audit, safeguarding trade security, backing up and securely storing personal data.

Your personal data may be transferred within the framework of the personal data processing conditions stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK Law.

  • In accordance with Article 5/2 (c) of the KVKK Law “establishment and performance of a contract” your personal data may be transferred to the relevant bank and payment service providers for payment and collection transactions.
  • In accordance with Article 5/2 (ç) of the KVKK Law “to fulfill legal obligations” your personal data may be transferred to courts and public institutions.
  • In accordance with Article 5/2 (e) of the KVKK Law “for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right” your personal data may be transferred to legal offices and consultants for legal advice.
  • In accordance with Article 5/2 (f) of the KVKK Law “legitimate interest of the data controller” your personal data may be transferred to group companies for financial and accounting operations.
  • In accordance with Article 9/1 of the KVKK Law, “explicit consent” may be required for the transfer of your data to foreign storage or cloud service providers for storage and archiving purposes.

STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be stored in accordance with the data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the KVKK Law and will be deleted within the period specified in the Retention and Destruction Policy.

  • To request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in line with the intended purpose,

  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data when the reasons for processing no longer exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with the law,
